Beauty products worth buying in France

I have noticed that english/american beauty bloggers seem to take more and more interest in French beauty brands. A few of them have been on trips to Paris and bought products that are actually available in a lot of countries, thanks to the Internet. I'm thinking of Avène, Bioderma, Vichy.. So if you go to France, I wouldn't necessarily stock up on them, but rather focus on those you can only buy in France and those that are much cheaper.
