Née en Provence, pays où ça sent bon la lavande, le thym et le soleil, grandit dans cette même terre de contraste au milieu des vignes. Très tôt éduquée par un papa agriculteur, au gout, aux odeurs et à la découverte des plantes. J’ai eu aussi la possibilité de découvrir la vigne, le travail de la terre et tout ce qui a attrait à la nature. Une maman minutieuse qui m’a inspiré pour aller au bout de mes rêves. J’ai commencé par étudier les Sciences dans ma petite université avignonnaise, puis ai continué sur Glasgow. Une expérience constituée de dégustation de whiskys et d’alcools en tous genres souvent pour se réchauffer lors des longues soirées d’hiver. Depuis …j’ai beaucoup baroudé, voyagé à travers le monde pour découvrir de nouveaux gouts et nouveaux aromes. A Londres depuis 6 années, je travaille dans le vin mais j’ai toujours gardé le gout du whisky. Toujours en dégustations en milieu professionnel et personnel, je constitue ma petite cave que j’agrémente selon mes envies, mes tentations. J’ai passé le WSET 1, 2 et même le 3 avec distinctions. Cela fait maintenant plusieurs mois que j’écris des notes selon mes envies, mes petits déplacements en restaurants et mes voyages de part le monde. A Glass of Red est le fruit de toute cette envie, cette globalité de travail et de plaisir partagé, cette soif de connaitre, apprendre et vagabonder.
