J’ai commencé à cuisiner quand j’étais petite, fascinée par la magie de voir une tarte gonfler dans le four. Après j’ai continué à cuisiner pour le plaisir d’inviter des amis à ma table. Diner après diner le plaisir de penser aux recettes possibles, au nombre d’invités est devenu une façon de m’exprimer, d’oublier tout «ce qui n’a aucune relation avec les ingrédients». Chaque plat parle de mon histoire, on y trouve la contribution de ma famille, de mon mari, de mes amis qui m’ont soutenue et savourent beaucoup mes recettes italiennes.
